Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message with your driver and vehicle details. Fares quoted at the time of booking are based on the information provided, including pickup, destination and vehicle type.

One way fares include the distance travelled only and exclude tolls, permits and parking, which are charged at actuals. Additional stops or route changes during the trip may affect the final fare.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and cash, payable at the end of your trip or as otherwise agreed at booking.

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or abusive behaviour.

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe travel, Oneway Cab Taxi's liability for delays, loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
