Refund Policy

Advance payments are fully refunded if a booking is cancelled within the free cancellation window, or if we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking on our end.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation charges, if applicable under our Cancellation Policy, are deducted from the refunded amount. Tolls, permits or other actual expenses already incurred at the time of cancellation are also non-refundable.
