Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup, or after a driver has been assigned and is en route, may incur a nominal cancellation charge to cover the driver's time and fuel.

If a driver arrives at the pickup location and is unable to reach the passenger after reasonable attempts, the booking may be marked as a no-show and the applicable cancellation charge will apply.

In the rare case that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a replacement vehicle or a full refund of any advance payment.
