Welcome to OnewayCabTaxi.in. The website is owned and operated by Oneway Cab Taxi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, call centre, mobile services or booking a cab through any of our platforms, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Service Overview

• Oneway Cab Taxi provides one-way, round-trip, outstation cab services and local rentals across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Puducherry.

• We operate as an aggregator platform, connecting passengers with independent commercial vehicle drivers and travel partners.

• We do not own all vehicles listed on our platform unless specifically stated.
  

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 16 years old to make a booking.

• Use our services for lawful travel purposes only.

• Provide accurate personal and trip information.
  

3. Booking Process

• Bookings can be made through www.onewaycabtaxi.in, customer support number, or WhatsApp.

• Fares are estimated based on distance, pickup time, vehicle type, tolls, and state permits.

• Booking will be confirmed only after a verification call/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation.
  

4. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is calculated on kilometres charged from pickup to drop location.

• Minimum kilometres and base fares apply according to vehicle category.

• Extra charges may apply for:

  • Hill station routes

  • Waiting or detention charges

  • Toll/State permits/Parking/Interstate taxes

• Payment Modes:

  • Booking advance amount 500Rs

  • Cash to the driver or Online payment

• GST extra if applicable.
  

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customer cancellations:

  • Before 12 hours of pickup: Full refund (after payment gateway charges)

  • Within 12 hours of pickup: 300Rs

  • Within 4 hours of pickup / No show: No refund

• Driver cancellations:

  • An alternate taxi will be arranged

• Refunds will take 48 hours to reflect in your account.
  

6. Driver & Vehicle Policy

• Drivers are commercially licensed and vehicles carry valid permits.

• Vehicle model shown during booking is indicative only. The same category will be provided.

• If vehicle AC is stopped temporarily on hill roads or high load conditions, no discount/compensation shall apply.
  

7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to misuse the vehicle for illegal transport or smuggling.

• Not to carry explosives, weapons, drugs, or banned items. Drunk passengers are not allowed

• To wear seat belts and follow traffic rules.

• To maintain vehicle cleanliness; a penalty may apply for damages.
  

8. Wait Time & Trip Modifications

• Free waiting time: 30 minutes

• Extra waiting time charges apply beyond the free limit, except for the restroom

• A change in drop location may change the fare as per the actual distance
  

9. Liability Disclaimer

• We act only as a booking facilitator.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of luggage or personal items

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or road laws

  • Vehicle breakdowns (alternate taxi will be arranged if possible)

• Maximum liability limited to the booking amount paid.
  

10. Safety Policy

• Night travel allowed where legally permitted

• Emergency support available via customer care

• Monitoring of driver behaviour for safety
  

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities

• Abusive behaviour towards drivers/staff

• Fraudulent bookings
  

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logo, brand name “Oneway Cab Taxi” and materials are protected under law. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy

Your data is protected and used as per our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services without prior notice in case of:

• Misuse

• Customer misconduct

• System abuse or fraud

15. Disputes & Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, India only.
